Job Title: Strategic Growth Specialist
Key Responsibilities:- Identify New Opportunities: Discover emerging markets, strategic partnerships, and innovative product/service offerings to drive business growth.

- Collaborate Across Functions: Work closely with sales, marketing, and product teams to develop customized solutions for clients.
- Conduct Market Research: Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and potential threats to inform business decisions.
- Manage Key Accounts: Drive client engagement by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions that meet their objectives.
- Negotiate Contracts: Negotiate mutually beneficial agreements with clients regarding pricing, service terms, and other essential elements.
- Prepare Proposals and Reports: Develop compelling proposals, presentations, and reports for clients and internal stakeholders.
- Represent the Company: Attend industry events, conferences, and networking functions to promote the company's offerings and reputation.
- Monitor Performance Metrics: Track business performance metrics and adjust strategies as needed to meet or exceed revenue targets.
- Ensure Timely Reporting: Provide regular updates on business development activities, forecasts, and results to senior management.
- Proven track record in business development, including identifying new opportunities and driving revenue growth.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with experience coaching and guiding teams.
