About the Opportunity:

We are seeking a highly skilled Workday Consultant to implement and integrate Workday solutions for our clients. This role will play a crucial part in ensuring seamless project delivery and contributing to innovative projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop hands-on experience in Workday integration development.
  • Understand Workday core concepts and identify relationships between PBO and RBO.
  • Migrate data with integrations, calc fields, security, and mappings.
  • Implement EIB, Core Connector Worker, Core Connector Benefit, Workday Studio, Navigations, Search, Security, Reports.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project outcomes.

Requirements:

  • Strong understanding of business objects and usage of Calc Fields.
  • Experience with XSLT and good coding, testing, implementing, debugging, and documentation skills.
  • Ability to communicate technical information effectively.
  • High reasoning aptitude and ability to understand complex operating environments.
