At FM, we are looking for a talented professional to fill the role of Location Scheduling Specialist I.

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated individual to join our team as a Location Scheduling Specialist I. As a key member of our scheduling services team, you will be responsible for maximizing location-based field consultants' time with clients while developing trusting relationships with assigned field staff and operations management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the timeliness of assigned orders and coordinate production schedules for all assigned field staff.
  • Provide exceptional internal and external customer service while establishing efficient schedules for assigned field staff.
  • Organize and populate schedules for internal customers through defined methods and coordination with external customers.
  • Develop visit agendas and take ownership of the scheduling and agenda process.

Requirements:

  • 6 months to 1 year of experience in customer service and work scheduling or strongly correlated work experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, specifically Excel and Outlook, with ability to learn new systems.
  • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
  • Ability to plan, organize, and prioritize work, with attention to detail and self-motivation.
  • Fluent reading and writing English, with bilingual skills a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 4 Year College Degree/Bachelor's preferred, but combination of education and work experience considered.
