Job Title: Field Service Coordinator

Avoid no job opportunity for a field service coordinator/field technician who will play a vital role in installation, maintenance, and technical support for products across customer sites in India.

This is a field-based role that requires strong technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and the ability to deliver excellent customer service with frequent travel.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Install, maintain, and repair products at customer locations
  • Diagnose issues efficiently and resolve warranty complaints (open/live/closed)
  • Provide on-site technical support and training to customers
  • Coordinate with internal technical and service teams for escalations and quick resolutions
  • Maintain accurate records of service activities, visits, and complaint status
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and company service protocols
  • Build strong and lasting customer relationships, especially with Indian Railways and key stakeholders
  • Share field feedback and insights with internal teams to improve product performance

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Strong technical knowledge of mechanical or electrical systems
  • Troubleshooting and repair expertise in industrial or railway equipment
  • Good problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region and across India
  • Strong communication skills with a customer-first mindset
  • Proactive, reliable, and committed to service excellence
