Technical Lead Opportunity

As our organization continues to expand, we are seeking an experienced Technical Lead to oversee the delivery of high-quality outcomes.

This key role will be instrumental in driving project success through effective team management and technical expertise.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and enhance application features in C#, MVC, .NET Core, ReactJS, and React Native.
  • Pitch innovative ideas and test new approaches.
  • Manage the full life cycle of supported applications, ensuring timely delivery of improvements and bug fixes.
  • Support application outages and resolve escalated incidents using sound incident management practices.
  • Analyse business requirements, processes, data, and system integration points to determine/recommend appropriate technology solutions.
  • Collaborate with other development teams for integration and deployment.
  • Write and deliver complex code and modules to meet requirements, functional, and technical specifications.
  • Design, code, test, debug, and implement high-quality software.
  • Understand network concepts and terminology.
  • Demonstrate strong knowledge of architecting and developing integration projects using web services.
  • Ability to oversee code development and potentially participate in problem-solving.
  • Keep pace with innovative technologies and maintain a strong understanding of industry trends and best practices.
Requirements:
  • 9 to 10 years of experience in designing, developing, and deploying web-based applications.
  • Experience in development of web-based applications using the Microsoft technology stack (C#, .NET Core).
  • Experience with React Native & offline database.
  • Experience leading a diverse team, providing both hands-on and technical guidance.
  • Demonstrable knowledge in tuning and maintaining MS-SQL Server, stored procedures, and T-SQL.
  • Knowledge of Web Services integration (REST, WSDL/SOAP, XML, JSON).
  • Solid understanding of Test tools usage of CI-CD pipeline, Kubernetes.
  • Experience working in an Agile Scrum environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience with coding/design patterns defining and implementing software development standards and best practices.
