Senior .NET Software Development Lead

 

Our ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background and leadership skills to manage and drive the development of complex software applications using .NET technologies.

As a senior member of our team, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and maintain robust .NET applications. You will also be responsible for mentoring junior developers and contributing to team knowledge sharing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain high-quality software applications using .NET Core and .NET Framework.
  • Collaborate with development teams to define and implement new features and improve existing ones.
  • Mentor and guide junior developers to ensure their growth and success within the team.
  • Contribute to code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and promote best practices within the team.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest .NET technologies and trends, participating in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.

Requirements:

  • 8-12 years of experience in software development with a strong focus on .NET technologies.
  • Proven track record of developing enterprise-level applications using .NET Core and .NET Framework.
  • Strong understanding of object-oriented programming and design patterns.
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
  • Front-end technologies like Angular, React, or Blazor are a plus.
