Job Title

A technical professional is needed to manage and mentor a team of .Net developers.

Key responsibilities include overseeing project planning, execution, and delivery, designing scalable software solutions, and conducting regular code reviews. Experience with .NET technologies, Agile methodologies, and cloud platforms is required. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for staying up-to-date with the latest industry trends.

Requirements
  • 10+ years of experience in software development, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven experience with .NET technologies, including ASP.NET, Web Forms, MVC, C#, SQL Server and .NET Core.
  • Strong understanding of object-oriented programming (OOP) and design patterns.
  • Experience with database design and development, including SQL Server.
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Knowledge of cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS.
  • Proficiency in version control systems like Git.
Preferred Qualifications
  • 12+ years of experience in .NET development, with at least 3-5 years in an architect/team lead role.
  • Strong expertise in SQL Server, .NET Core/.NET 6+, C#, ASP.NET MVC, Web API, Microservices, and Entity Framework Core.
