Lead Software Development

The role is with a leading power company in India.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Break down complex problems into manageable parts and apply relevant techniques to achieve desired outcomes.
  • Discuss and implement various algorithms and approaches on a daily basis.
  • Oversee the entire software lifecycle, including hands-on development, code reviews, testing, deployment, and documentation.
  • Develop reusable and scalable assets and accelerators, implementing machine learning best practices.
  • Collaborate with internal technical teams to ensure seamless integration of solutions.
  • Analyse market and industry trends in technology and proactively propose the best solutions.
  • Research upcoming machine learning techniques and best practices.
  • Coding, testing, debugging, evaluating solution/technology options (including Cloud), and documenting application development.

Qualifications and Skills:

A graduate with an Engineering Degree (CS/Electronics/IT) or MCA/MCS, along with a Master's in Statistics/Economics/Business Analytics is required. The candidate should have 8-15 years of experience.

Preferred Skills:

Agile SCRUM and MLOps experience is preferred.
