Software Development Leadership Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced software development leader to join our team. As a senior full stack developer, you will be responsible for leading a team of developers to build modern web applications with scalability and performance in mind.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Achieve architectural excellence by designing scalable backend services using Python, Node.js, and microservices architecture.
  • Create responsive and dynamic front-end interfaces that prioritize user experience using React.js.
  • Design and manage complex database schemas and queries for optimal performance and data integrity using PostgreSQL.
  • Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and QA engineers to deliver high-quality products on time.
  • Review code for quality, maintainability, and performance, guiding team members in adopting best practices in coding, testing, and DevOps.
  • Maintain technical documentation and architectural diagrams to ensure transparency and knowledge sharing.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of professional experience in software development with expertise in leadership and mentoring.
  • Strong proficiency in Python, Node.js, and React.js for full-stack development.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Git, Docker, and cloud services (AWS/GCP/Azure).
  • Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and communication skills with the ability to adapt quickly to new technologies.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is mandatory.

Nice to Have:

  • Hands-on experience with GraphQL or WebSockets for real-time functionality.
  • Knowledge of container orchestration tools like Kubernetes for efficient resource management.
