We are seeking an Associate to support students in their visa application journey. The role involves end-to-end handling of documentation, application tracking, coordination with stakeholders, and ensuring timely and accurate processing of visa applications.

The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple applications simultaneously.

  • Assist applicants in completing visa application forms and preparing required documentation.
  • Review and verify documents to ensure accuracy and compliance with embassy/consulate guidelines.
  • Coordinate with internal teams, external consultants, and applicants for smooth processing.
  • Track application status and provide timely updates to applicants and stakeholders.
  • Maintain accurate records of applications, submissions, and approvals.
  • Handle queries and resolve issues related to the visa application process.

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A bachelor's degree in any discipline.
  • 1-2 years of experience in visa processing, immigration services, or travel documentation.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
