European Visa Specialist Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a European Visa Specialist. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about working with student visa applications and has expertise in handling complex cases.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the end-to-end student visa filing process for European countries, ensuring all necessary documents are submitted correctly and on time.
  • Review and verify visa-related documents to ensure accuracy and compliance with embassy rules and immigration guidelines.
  • Schedule VFS appointments and coordinate with students regarding necessary documentation, providing clear guidance on required paperwork and timelines.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest embassy rules and immigration guidelines for EU countries, adapting procedures as needed to meet changing regulations.
  • Fill out university applications on behalf of students, ensuring all forms, essays, and documents meet specific criteria, and that students receive timely support throughout the application process.
  • Maintain and manage individual student files, tracking application status and visa processing timelines to ensure efficient communication and progress updates.
  • Communicate professionally with students, universities, and consulates as needed, providing expert advice and resolving any issues that may arise during the application process.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 2–3 years of experience in student visa processing, with specific expertise in European visa applications and knowledge of relevant embassy rules and immigration guidelines.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple student files simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to provide clear guidance and support to students throughout the application process.
  • High level of technical competence, with proficiency in using relevant software and systems to manage student data and track application progress.
