Elementary School Teacher Role

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Elementary School Teacher to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for the right candidate to make a positive impact in the lives of young students.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create engaging lesson plans that cater to diverse learning styles, ensuring students achieve academic success.
  • Foster a supportive classroom environment, promoting inclusivity and discipline among students.
  • Regularly assess student progress, providing constructive feedback to support their growth.
  • Maintain open communication with parents and guardians regarding student development.
  • Collaborate with colleagues and administrators to develop and refine teaching practices, enhancing the overall educational experience.
  • Participate in school events, extracurricular activities, and professional development opportunities to stay updated on best practices.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Diploma in Elementary Education (D.El.Ed) or significant teaching experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field; a Master's degree is a valuable asset.
  • Certification in Elementary Education is highly desirable.
  • Strong teaching, communication, and classroom management skills are essential.
  • Experience in curriculum development and elementary education is beneficial.
  • A strong commitment to teaching children from low-income backgrounds is vital.
  • The flexibility to teach any subject in the Pre-Primary & Primary Section is necessary.
