Job Role:
Financial Operations Manager">- Manage financial and management reporting for the region.
- Coordinate the month end closing process, rolling forecasts, cash flow management, and annual budget preparation.
- Review and analyze monthly P&L and balance sheet schedules to identify variances and provide explanations.
- Provide business partnering support in terms of financial planning and analysis, monitoring of business results, managing and controlling operational expenses, customer profitability analysis, etc.
- Oversee working capital management, including accounts receivable collection and payment processing and controls.
- Review and account for monthly payroll in the general ledger.
- Verify and authorize all journal vouchers prepared by Payroll, Accounts Payable, and Accounts Receivable departments.
- Ensure that accounting policies and procedures comply with relevant laws and regulations.
- Develop and implement an effective internal control system and ensure adherence to approval processes.
- Prepare ad-hoc reports as needed for business stakeholders.
- Manage internal and external audit requirements and ensure compliance with tax laws.
- Liaise with external agents to ensure timely local statutory reporting and relevant tax filings.
- Support treasury management initiatives.
- Represent the Finance Department in interactions with employees and external individuals and organizations.
- Minimum qualification: CA / CPA / CWA
- At least 4-5 years of relevant experience in a finance department of a large company
- Experience in leading a team and being a good team player
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
- Good interpersonal skills and ability to lead a team
- Experience in implementing company process improvements
- Advanced Excel skills
