Senior Financial Executive Position

We are seeking a seasoned senior financial executive to spearhead our organization's financial operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the preparation and analysis of financial reports, ensuring compliance with tax regulations, and providing support for project financing through detailed reports and financial models.

  • Preparation of financial statements, management information systems (MIS) reports, and dashboards.
  • Development of financial models and conducting ratio analysis to inform decision-making and fundraising activities.
  • Creation of detailed project reports (DPRs), feasibility studies, and cash flow projections.
  • Management of direct tax, goods and services tax (GST), and tax deduction at source (TDS) compliance, including return filings, reconciliations, and assessments.
  • Coordination with auditors for statutory, internal, and tax audits.
  • Assistance in due diligence, valuations, and financial analysis for debt syndication and fundraising transactions.
  • Providing insights on cost optimization, working capital management, and financial planning.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Chartered Accountant (CA)/Certified Management Accountant (CMA)/Certified Financial Analyst (CFA)
  • 2-3 years of post-qualification experience in finance, taxation, or project advisory.
  • Strong knowledge of financial reporting, taxation laws, and GST compliance.
  • Hands-on experience with financial modeling, project reports, and ratio analysis.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Tally/ERP, and financial reporting tools.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage deadlines and multiple assignments simultaneously.
