About Us

We are seeking a highly skilled Chief Financial Officer to join our team. As a key member of the organization, you will be responsible for providing strategic leadership and operational financial management.

Job Description
  • Ensure accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual closings.
  • Lead forecasting, budgeting, and financial modeling processes.
  • Implement budget control mechanisms and consolidate financial data for accuracy and compliance.
  • Identify opportunities to optimize costs and drive profitability.

The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in closing, FP&A, budgeting, and cost optimization. They should also have hands-on experience in contract negotiations and a deep understanding of corporate finance, accounting, tax, and legal frameworks.

ResponsibilitiesFinancial Management & Control
  • Oversee financial reporting and ensure accuracy of financial data.
  • Implement and enforce budget control mechanisms.
  • Consolidate financial data for transparency and compliance.
Strategic Finance & Business Partnering
  • Review and validate financial reporting.
  • Provide diligence and oversight during investments and fundraising.
  • Support leadership with actionable insights on capital allocation and ROI.
Negotiations & Contract Oversight
  • Lead contract negotiations with clients and vendors.
  • Manage financial/legal negotiations to ensure optimal outcomes.
Performance Management & Stakeholder Engagement
  • Drive company-wide performance management and link KPIs to financial outcomes.
  • Support leadership in building compensation structures tied to performance.
Team Leadership & Oversight
  • Lead and mentor finance teams to ensure accurate reporting and compliance.
  • Establish strong internal controls and risk management frameworks.

The successful candidate will be a hands-on CFO who can guide but also roll up their sleeves in day-to-day finance operations. They should have excellent negotiator and communicator skills, able to manage clients, vendors, employees, and investors.
