Job Description

Our organization is seeking a skilled financial professional to oversee the preparation of accurate and timely financial statements. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating transfer pricing workings, managing bank payments, AP invoice booking, and payroll for the Indian entity.

Additionally, the individual will coordinate with internal teams for AP and taxes-related activities, participate in statutory audits, due diligences, and internal audits in a timely manner. They will also be responsible for monthly book closing, including BRS, invoice booking, accruals, capitalization, and FAR reconciliation.

Furthermore, the selected candidate will review vendor ledgers and aging on a monthly basis, prepare cash flow projections, and ensure accuracy and integrity of financial statements. They will also develop and implement financial policies and procedures for effective internal control, and evaluate and enhance financial systems and processes to increase efficiency and accuracy.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • CA qualification is mandatory.
  • 3-5 years of experience in a corporate environment, preferably with global exposure.
  • Experience in start-ups that have achieved scale, especially in technology-enabled spaces, is beneficial.
  • Demonstrated ability to coordinate with multiple internal/external teams.
  • Knowledge of IndAS/IFRS is essential.
  • Excellent working skills of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Familiarity with ERP environments (SAP, COUPA, DarwinBox) is an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities

The key responsibilities of this role include:

  1. Preparation of accurate and timely financial statements.
  2. Creation of transfer pricing workings.
  3. Management of bank payments, AP invoice booking, and payroll for the Indian entity.
  4. Coordination with internal teams for AP and taxes-related activities.
