
Senior Regional Account Manager

As a leader in our sales organization, you will be responsible for managing a complete end-to-end sales cycle. This involves selling to top-tier clients and working closely with senior executives across the region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand client relationships.
- Own the sales cycle from start to finish, presenting to C-level executives at large companies.
- Build and manage a high-performing sales team by providing mentorship and guidance.
- Engage with key accounts to drive meaningful wins and business growth.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless handoffs and quote generation.
Requirements:
- At least 10 years of experience as a quota-carrying sales professional in B2B sales.
- Established network within the industry and ability to create new connections.
- Capacity to think beyond traditional sales methods.
- Strong customer empathy and time management skills.
- Familiarity with G Suite and Microsoft Office.
- Fluency in English, Hindi, and/or other relevant regional languages.
- Ability to travel and build long-term relationships.
