Regional Sales Manager

As a leader in our sales organization, you will be responsible for managing a complete end-to-end sales cycle. This involves selling to top-tier clients and working closely with senior executives across the region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand client relationships.
  • Own the sales cycle from start to finish, presenting to C-level executives at large companies.
  • Build and manage a high-performing sales team by providing mentorship and guidance.
  • Engage with key accounts to drive meaningful wins and business growth.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless handoffs and quote generation.

Requirements:

  • At least 10 years of experience as a quota-carrying sales professional in B2B sales.
  • Established network within the industry and ability to create new connections.
  • Capacity to think beyond traditional sales methods.
  • Strong customer empathy and time management skills.
  • Familiarity with G Suite and Microsoft Office.
  • Fluency in English, Hindi, and/or other relevant regional languages.
  • Ability to travel and build long-term relationships.
