Job Title

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced BAW developer to join our team.

Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing business automation workflow solutions using IBM BPM and related technologies. They will work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and develop innovative solutions that meet these needs.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 3+ years of experience in BAW development or related technologies.
  • Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in BAW tools like IBM BPM, IBM BAW, and related technologies (Java, REST APIs, Web services, etc.). Experience with workflow design, process automation, and integration with backend systems.
  • Soft Skills: Solid understanding of business process management and process automation principles. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to collaborate effectively with business and technical teams.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex issues.

  • Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies is also beneficial.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, etc.) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes) is desirable but not required.
