Business Process Automation Specialist

Job Overview: We are seeking an experienced business process automation specialist to design and develop innovative solutions using IBM BPM and related technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop strong proficiency in business process management (BPM) tools like IBM BPM, IBM BAW, and related technologies (Java, REST APIs, Web services, etc.).
  2. Experience with workflow design, process automation, and integration with backend systems is highly valued.
  3. Design and implement effective business process automation solutions that meet the needs of our organization.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of technology and business processes.
  5. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to continually improve our BPM capabilities.
  6. Provide expert-level support for BPM-related projects and initiatives.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong understanding of BPM concepts and principles.
  • Expertise in JavaScript, Java, and related development languages.
  • Hands-on experience with web services, SOAP, REST, and other integration technologies.
  • Knowledge of database systems like DB2, SQL Server, or Oracle, including query writing and performance tuning.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work with diverse teams.

Preferred Skills:

  • Certification in IBM BPM, BAW, or related technologies.
  • Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, etc.) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
