Job Title: Business Automation Workflow Developer

About the Job

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Automation Workflow (BAW) developer to join our team. In this role, you will design, develop, and implement business process automation solutions using IBM BPM and related technologies.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3+ years of experience in BAW development or related technologies.
  • Strong proficiency in BAW tools like IBM BPM, IBM BAW, and related technologies (Java, REST APIs, Web services, etc.).
  • Experience with workflow design, process automation, and integration with backend systems.
  • Solid understanding of business process management and process automation principles.
  • Expertise in JavaScript, Java, and related development languages.
  • Hands-on experience with web services, SOAP, REST, and other integration technologies.
  • Knowledge of database systems like DB2, SQL Server, or Oracle, including query writing and performance tuning.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to collaborate effectively with business and technical teams.
  • Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
