Job Description

  • We are seeking a skilled construction project coordinator to oversee and manage the delivery of small to large-scale construction projects.
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting site investigations, analyzing data, and drawing up blueprints that meet technical specifications.
  • In addition, they will assess potential risks, materials, and costs, providing advice and resolving any emerging problems or deficiencies.
  • Key responsibilities include overseeing staff, liaising with stakeholders, handling over the resulting structures and services, monitoring progress, and compiling reports on project status.
  • The ideal candidate will have proven working experience in civil engineering, excellent knowledge of design and visualization software, and proficiency in site layout, grading, utility design, erosion control, and regulatory approvals.

Requirements

  • Proven track record of managing construction projects from start to finish.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
