Job Title: Experienced Construction Manager

Established 45 years, with branches across India and a team of over 200 professionals. We're seeking an experienced construction manager to oversee projects from conception to completion.

Responsibilities include:

  • Managing and maintaining large-scale construction projects in a timely and sustainable manner.
  • Conducting site investigations, analyzing data, and drawing up blueprints that meet technical specifications.
  • Providing advice and resolving emerging problems creatively.
  • Overseeing staff, liaising with stakeholders, and handling the resulting structures and services for use.
  • Monitoring progress, compiling reports on project status, and managing budgets.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in civil engineering, with a strong knowledge of design and visualization software.
  • Project management and supervision skills, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A license as a professional engineer and a degree in Civil Engineering (BS/MA).
