About the Role

We are seeking a talented Marketing Executive to join our team. As a Marketing Executive, you will play a key role in promoting our brand and driving business growth.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of marketing principles and practices, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You will be responsible for developing and implementing effective marketing strategies, managing budgets, and analyzing results.

You will work closely with our sales team to achieve admission targets and ensure brand visibility through various promotional activities.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Plan and execute BTL activities such as school/college tie-ups, seminars, apartment/community campaigns, roadshows, kiosks, stalls, local events, parent/student meets, referral programs, scholarship test promotions, and awareness drives.
  2. Generate student leads and increase walk-ins for admissions.
  3. Work closely with the Sales team to achieve admission targets.
  4. Ensure brand visibility through posters, banners, events, and other offline promotions.
  5. BUILD GOOD RELATIONSHIPS WITH SCHOOLS, COLLEGES, AND COMMUNITIES.

Requirements

  • Graduate in Marketing/Business (MBA preferred but not mandatory).
  • 1–3 years of experience in marketing/fieldwork (education sector preferred).
  • Freshers with good energy and local market knowledge can also apply.
  • Strong communication skills and willingness to travel across Hyderabad & nearby areas.
  • PASSION FOR FIELD MARKETING AND ADMISSIONS.
