Job Role: Junior Marketing Executive

We're seeking a creative and self-driven professional who's passionate about community building, event organization, and digital marketing. This role is ideal for someone who's eager to learn, grow, and make an impact from day one.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and nurture offline & online communities around our brand
  • Plan, organize, and manage brand events & activations
  • Support brand campaigns through digital marketing initiatives
  • Collaborate with internal teams to execute marketing strategies
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance to improve outcomes

Requirements:

  • 1–3 years of relevant experience in marketing, community building, or event management
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing tools & platforms
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills
  • A self-starter with creativity, curiosity, and eagerness to learn
  • Based in or willing to relocate to Bangalore
