Job Opportunity:

We are seeking an accomplished Interior Design Consultant to join our team of skilled professionals. As a seasoned expert, you will be responsible for owning the sales funnel and driving sales closure. You will also lead and own customer experience during projects, ensuring seamless interactions with clients. Additionally, you will oversee quality and accuracy in design deliverables, guaranteeing exceptional results.

About This Role:

  • Assess client needs and adjust your approach based on feedback, delivering personalized solutions that meet their expectations.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of the interior design landscape and trends, staying ahead of industry developments.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, providing insightful advice and guidance to help them achieve their desired outcomes.
  • Deliver high-quality design solutions within project timelines, exceeding client expectations and establishing long-term relationships.

Key Requirements:

  • Hold a degree or relevant diploma in interior design or a related field.
  • Possess a minimum of one year's experience as an interior designer, with a proven track record of success.
  • Hold expertise in leading and delivering residential modular KWS projects, with a focus on quality and efficiency.
  • Demonstrate excellent knowledge of design tools, including PowerPoint presentation and AutoCAD software.
  • Display proficiency in civil works and services, including specifications and installation details.
  • Showcase sales expertise in sales closure, using logical and trusted sales pitches to drive results.
  • Exhibit behavioral attributes such as result orientation, teamwork, integrity, and ethics, with a strong ability to communicate effectively.
  • Demonstrate a willingness to learn and grow, with a commitment to driving performance among team members.
