The Design Partner Program offers a unique opportunity for passionate interior designers to turn their passion into a powerful career. This role is crafted for ambitious designers who want to grow their own design business with the strength of a top brand's support.

  • This is an in-person opportunity where you'll work on-site at our experience center, not remotely.
  • You'll choose the hours, projects, and earn commissions while we grow your interior design portfolio and business.

You'll pitch, design, and manage execution of your projects, backed by our support team and access to online design tools, a vast catalog of furniture, decor, products, and services, and a network of community managers, vendors, and service partners.

What We're Looking For

  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in interior design.
  • At least 1 year of experience in modular residential interiors (flats, apartments, etc).
  • Strong communication skills and client interaction skills.
  • Availability for 12-15 days mainly on Saturday & Sunday is mandatory at our Experience Center.

Expectations:

  • This is an in-person opportunity (not work-from-home).
  • This is not open to full-time employed professionals.
