Job Title: User Experience Specialist

Our ideal candidate will be responsible for owning the design strategy and user experience of a farmer-centric digital platform.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Developing and implementing a comprehensive design roadmap that aligns with business goals.
  • Creating wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using Figma and Miro.
  • Maintaining design systems, UI patterns, and style guides to ensure consistency.
  • Partnering with product owners to convert epics and user stories into design deliverables.
  • Conducting end-to-end user research and translating feedback into actionable design improvements.
  • Ensuring compliance with accessibility standards and data privacy guidelines in all user interfaces.
Candidate Profile & Skill Requirements:
  • 5-8 years of experience in UI/UX design, with at least 3 years designing for mobile-first products at scale.
  • Proven experience shipping rural customer-facing or mass-market apps with measurable adoption and engagement impact.
  • Hands-on experience conducting field research and usability testing with diverse user groups.
Core Skills:
  • Expertise in Figma / Adobe XD and prototyping tools.
  • Strong command of information architecture, interaction design, and visual hierarchy.
  • User research, usability testing, A/B testing, and iterative design practices.
  • Familiarity with design for low-bandwidth, multilingual, and offline-first contexts.
  • Ability to create design systems and scalable UI libraries.
