Senior User Experience Designer

Overview:

The Senior User Experience (UX) Designer will be a key member of our design team, responsible for creating innovative and user-centered designs that drive business growth and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design process to create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that meet business objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including development and product management, to ensure alignment on design goals and objectives.

  • Conduct user research and testing to inform design decisions and improve user experience.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, technologies, and industry standards to incorporate best practices into the design process.

Requirements:

  • 5-6 years of experience in UX design, specifically in the B2C sector.
  • Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, and back-end development logic.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Exceptional time management skills with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities.
