Job Description

Architect and develop cutting-edge web applications for diverse cross-functional projects.

Collaborate with a global team to propose the optimal technology stack for applications.

Develop exceptional user interfaces and user experiences of applications.

Implement server-side logic and functionality of applications.

Design and interact with databases to ensure efficient storage and retrieval of data.

Write unit tests, conduct thorough testing, and debug code to guarantee the reliability and functionality of the application.

  • Work with global and divisional cross-functional teams to develop and support global web applications.
  • Partner with R&D, Regulatory, and Quality technical and business teams to integrate relevant data in order to develop sophisticated and scalable web applications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with front-end developers, back-end developers, and other team members to integrate different components of the application.
  • Provide technical mentorship to the development team.
  • Ensure that development follows best practices and aligns with the overall architecture.
  • Stay updated on the newest technologies and frameworks to adapt to changing industry standards.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Mathematics, Engineering, or similar field.
  • At least 5 years of experience developing and deploying end-to-end web applications.
  • At least 5 years of experience with full product life cycle releases.
  • Deep understanding of web technologies (JavaScript, HTML, CSS), networking, debugging.
  • Experience developing frontend web applications in a reactive modern JavaScript framework such as React, Vue, or Angular.
  • Strong experience applying test-driven development methodologies to complex business problems.
  • Relational database technologies.
  • Experience in backend languages like Python, Node.js.
  • Optimizing and scaling code in a production environment.
  • Managing source code with Git.
  • Knowledge of and experience applying security best practices and patterns.
  • Excellent diagnostic and fix skills.
  • Working on Agile/SCRUM development teams.
  • Static and dynamic analyzing toolsets.
  • Use of user-centric design and applying user experience concepts.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills as well as customer relationship building skills.
  • Adapt to and work reliably with a variety of engagements and in high-reaching environments.
  • Strong organization and project management skills with the ability to manage sophisticated projects with many partners.
  • Proficiency in Github, Github Actions, Apache Airflow.

Preferred Requirements:

  • Developing applications on cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
  • Containerization (Docker or Kubernetes).
  • Experience with Data Flow, Data Pipeline, and workflow management tools: Airflow, Airbyte, Cloud Composer, etc.
  • Experience with Data Warehousing solutions: Snowflake, BigQuery, etc.
