Lead Graphic/Visual Designer Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Graphic/Visual Designer to lead our brand's creative vision and execution. As a key member of our marketing team, you will define the design language, build brand guidelines, and lead a small creative team while staying hands-on with high-quality design work.

In this role, you will be responsible for creating and overseeing social media campaigns, emailers, presentations, and marketing collaterals that strengthen brand presence and deliver business impact. You will work closely with the marketing team to ensure consistent, compelling storytelling across all channels, while driving innovation and setting new creative benchmarks for the brand.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define and own the brand's visual identity, ensuring consistency across all channels.
  • Lead and mentor a creative team (designers, writers, video editors, etc.) to deliver high-impact campaigns.
  • Design and oversee social media creatives, emailers, presentations, and marketing collateral.
  • Collaborate with marketing and content teams to create storytelling-driven campaigns that drive results.
  • Develop and streamline creative processes and workflows for efficiency and timely delivery.
  • Stay ahead of design trends and tools, bringing innovation to campaigns.
  • Lead brainstorming sessions and inspire breakthrough creative ideas.
  • Balance hands-on design work with strategic leadership to ensure world-class execution.

Requirements:

  • 5-8 years of relevant creative experience in a brand / agency ecosystem.
  • Complete knowledge and understanding of all relevant software & tools.
  • Understanding of branding, typography, and layout principles.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing branding, social media creatives, emailers, and marketing assets.
  • Basic knowledge of motion graphics (After Effects is a plus).
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and creativity.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Creative story-teller, high on EQ.
