Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Visual Creative Specialist to drive innovative visual communication across digital and print mediums. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for transforming concepts into compelling creatives that captivate audiences.

In this role, you will work closely with art directors, content creators, and marketing teams to develop design concepts, storyboards, and layouts for campaigns, branding, social media, and other marketing materials.

You will maintain consistency of brand identity across all creative deliverables, staying updated with design trends, tools, and technologies to ensure seamless execution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create visually engaging creatives from briefs and ideas.
  • Develop design concepts, storyboards, and layouts for campaigns, branding, social media, and other marketing materials.
  • Maintain consistency of brand identity across all creative deliverables.
  • Collaborate with art directors, content creators, and marketing teams to meet project goals and deadlines.
  • Stay updated with design trends, tools, and technologies.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need the following skills and qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a similar design/visualizer role (agency experience preferred).
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects is a plus).
  • Strong sense of visual composition, layout, typography, and color theory.
  • Portfolio showcasing creative work across different formats (digital, social, print, etc.).
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines and adapt to changing priorities.
