Job Title: Growth Strategist

We are seeking a seasoned Growth Strategist to join our team. As a key member of our sales force, you will drive business expansion through strategic development, cross-selling, and customer relationship management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop comprehensive sales plans for assigned territories, identifying high-potential clients and forecasting market trends.
  • Maintain close monitoring of sales targets at the territory level, initiating prompt corrective action as required.
  • Ensure adherence to sales budgets at the territory level, guaranteeing optimal performance.
  • Pursue business opportunities from multiple channels, leveraging your expertise to drive growth.
  • Negotiate terms with clients, including product specifications, payment terms, and timelines, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Foster and maintain strong customer relationships, understanding their needs and resolving queries efficiently.
  • Collaborate closely with operations teams to ensure timely order execution within predefined timelines.
  • Communicate changes in order specifications to concerned departments, ensuring seamless coordination.
  • Collect payments from clients as per contractual agreements, maintaining a strong cash flow.
  • Coordinate timely dispatch of goods to client sites according to delivery schedules, guaranteeing on-time delivery.
  • Adhere to policies and processes to enhance response quality and minimize response time to customer queries.
  • Establish service centers or identify partner agencies for quick after-sales support, providing exceptional customer experience.
  • Provide technical support for after-sales issues, resolving complex problems promptly.
  • Record and resolve customer complaints within defined timelines, demonstrating commitment to customer satisfaction.
