Senior Commercial Lead - Bangalore Region

This is a leadership role for an experienced commercial professional to drive business growth and expansion in the Bangalore region. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for identifying regional market trends, opportunities, and competitive landscapes to drive business expansion.

We're looking for someone with strong leadership skills, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of achieving revenue targets and scaling businesses. You will lead negotiations and close large-value deals with regional accounts, manage P&L for the region, and oversee client delivery, onboarding, and customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the Bangalore market, established local networks, and experience in B2B business leadership, sales, or regional business management. They will be able to build and lead a high-performing sales and account management team for the region.

About This Role
  • Lead business strategy for the Bangalore region and drive growth and expansion aligned with national goals.
  • Identify regional market trends, opportunities, and competitive landscapes to drive business expansion.
  • Build strong relationships with local industry forums, associations, and networks.
  • Aquire enterprise and mid-market clients across Bangalore and surrounding areas.
  • Owne and deliver revenue targets, ensuring consistent pipeline generation and conversion.
  • Lead negotiations and close large-value deals with regional accounts.
  • Manage P&L for the region, ensuring profitability and cost optimization.
  • Oversee client delivery, onboarding, and customer satisfaction in the region.
  • Build and lead a high-performing sales and account management team for the region.
Requirements
  • Education: MBA or equivalent preferred.
  • Experience: 5-12 years of experience in B2B business leadership, sales, or regional business management.
  • Strong understanding of the Bangalore market, with established local networks.
  • Proven track record of achieving regional revenue targets and scaling businesses.
  • Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Strong commercial acumen with hands-on P&L management experience.
