
Strategic Commercial Acquisitions Manager

**Job Description**
We are seeking an experienced Commercial Acquisitions Manager to lead our commercial activities and manage the financial and commercial aspects of project tenders and acquisitions.
- Manage and control the tendering and acquisition process for domestic and export projects, including preparation of proposals, pricing, and risk management.
- Lead commercial negotiations with customers to secure successful project outcomes.
- Work closely with technical sales managers, proposal managers, and contract managers to structure commercial terms and conditions, documentation, and internal agreements.
- Liaise with internal stakeholders, including commercial finance, legal, and EXIM teams, to ensure smooth bidding and bid approvals processes.
- Ensure adherence to limits of authority (LOA) processes.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Basic experience working on commercial aspects of domestic and export turnkey projects.
- Understanding of contract terms and conditions, commercial knowledge, costing and pricing, currency hedging, securities, forms of contract, accounting, and insurance.
- Knowledge of special topics, including permanent establishments, NCM, and multi-GG models.
- Experience in customer-facing environments, participating in or leading project contract negotiations with customers, technical, and legal colleagues.
- Bachelor's degree in business or a related field; postgraduate qualifications, such as an MBA, are advantageous.
- Minimum 1-3 years of relevant experience.
