Key Role in Influencer Marketing

The Talent Manager plays a crucial part in driving successful influencer marketing campaigns and partnerships.

You will be responsible for identifying, onboarding, and maintaining a diverse portfolio of exclusive influencers aligned with objectives.

  • Identify and onboard influencers across various social media platforms who resonate with our brand values.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with influencers as the primary point of contact for all communication and coordination.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to develop influencer marketing strategies that align with business goals, target audience, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Draft and negotiate contracts, agreements, and deliverables with influencers, ensuring all terms and conditions are met.
  • Evaluate compliance with legal and regulatory requirements regarding influencer partnerships and sponsored content.
