Job Overview

This role offers an exciting opportunity to join our HR team as a Strategic Human Resources Business Partner. As a trusted advisor to functional and sub-functional heads, you will play a critical role in driving business outcomes from an HR standpoint.

You will identify opportunities for HR interventions to address business challenges and opportunities, support diverse HR operations projects, understand and support training/development needs, and act as a liaison with internal and external partners.

Responsibilities
  • Work closely with Functional and Sub-Functional Heads to enable business outcomes from an HR standpoint.
  • Identify opportunities for HR interventions to address business challenges and opportunities.
  • Supports a diverse variety of HR operations projects that range significantly in size and complexity.
  • Understand and support the training/development needs of organizations and act as a liaison with internal and external partners to provide appropriate training to the organization.
  • Prepare HR Dashboards - Headcount, Attrition Conduct pulse check surveys, feedback surveys.
  • Enhance employee experience by creating an environment that fosters growth, engagement, and well-being.
  • Ensure audit compliance - take complete ownership in process related documentation.
  • Host regular employee engagement activities.
  • Constantly research & implement best practices from the industry Participate and share ideas in developing policies, guidelines and procedures.
  • Occasionally assist in talent acquisition.
  • Responsible for design of employee communications
  • Be an internal brand champion.
  • Promote employer branding in social media.
Requirements
  • MBA/PG in HRM domain.
  • 5–10 years of experience as a strategic HR Business Partner.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel). Experience in using HR tools is an added advantage.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a proven ability in public speaking.
  • Competence in designing posters and videos for organizational campaigns and communication.
  • High attention to detail and thoroughness in all responsibilities.
  • Willingness and readiness to travel as part of the role.
  • Comfortable and thrive in an ambiguous, high growth, fast paced environment.
