About the Role

As a data analyst, you will play a key role in driving accountability in the public domain by creating high-impact knowledge. You will work with various stakeholders including governments, aid agencies, and philanthropic foundations to provide project management, monitoring & evaluation, and research solutions across sectors such as public health, nutrition, sanitation, renewable energy, and livelihoods.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive market research to gather relevant data, identifying trends and insights that drive informed decision-making.
  • Analyze quantitative and qualitative data to prepare detailed reports that summarize findings and provide actionable recommendations for improvement.
  • Collaborate with team members to design research methodologies tailored to specific projects, ensuring effective collaboration and knowledge sharing.
  • Present research findings to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner, leveraging strong communication skills to drive impact.

Requirements

  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in statistical software and tools, applying rigorous methodology to complex problems.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for report writing and presentations, adapting tone and style to diverse audiences.
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team-oriented environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with research methodologies and data collection techniques, staying up-to-date with industry developments and best practices.
  • A degree in a relevant field such as social sciences, statistics, or business is highly valued, demonstrating a commitment to lifelong learning and professional growth.
