About The Role
  • Develop and execute paid advertising strategies across multiple digital platforms.
  • Continuously optimize campaign performance to enhance return on investment (ROI) and reduce customer acquisition cost (CAC).
  • Lead A/B testing of creative assets, including ad copy, visuals, and formats, to discover breakthrough campaigns.
  • Utilize data-driven insights to inform budget allocation and audience targeting decisions.
  • Collaborate with design and product teams to ensure alignment between marketing efforts and business objectives.
  • Represent performance marketing in leadership discussions and external growth forums.
Requirements
  • 3–4+ years of experience in performance marketing, preferably in high-growth startups or global brands.
  • Proven track record of managing campaigns for international markets.
  • Proficiency in Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Google Analytics, and attribution tools.
  • Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.
  • Confident ownership of strategy and execution.
  • Effective communication and leadership skills.
