About the Role

The primary scope of this position would be to support brand building efforts across various solution areas within the Kapiva portfolio of products.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Market Understanding: Understanding of the target audience, their triggers and barriers; competitive landscape, etc.
  • New Products Development (NPD): Assistance in communication development across touchpoints such as product display pages, D2C store, CRM touchpoints, marketplaces, etc.
  • Communication Development: Support in managing all consumer touchpoints - social media, performance marketing, influencer collaborations, brand campaign, etc.
  • Data Analytics: Driving measurement and learnings for various marketing initiatives.
  • Stakeholder Management: Collaboration with relevant POCs across the marketing team, cross-functional teams and external partners/agencies/vendors.
  • Offline Understanding: Market visits are required to track offline business health metrics like Distribution across different store formats, ECO/Unique ECO, Primary & Secondary Revenue, Visibility and Planogramming.
  • Other activities required to support portfolio management, sales support, customer service, etc. to drive product/therapy success.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Communication, Business Administration or related field.
  • Exposure to handling business in Offline channel is mandatory.
  • 1-2 years of experience in Brand Management, Consumer Marketing, E-commerce or digital marketing.
  • Highly motivated & Self-driven, enthusiastic team player.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Passionate about building a consumer brand.
