Job Description

The ideal candidate will be responsible for gathering requirements from end-users and customers for AV-related projects.

You will design solutions based on received briefs and gathered requirements, obtaining business approval for AV solutions.

Key responsibilities include:

  1. Coordinating downtime for project implementation once PO is issued to the AV vendor
  2. Verifying drawings received from vendors, with intermediate-level AutoCAD knowledge preferred
  3. Cordinating with CIS and BU teams for room readiness for AV system deployment
  4. Following up with vendors for timely delivery according to PO
  5. Coordinating with vendors and internal teams for end-to-end project execution and closeout
  6. Ensuring customer satisfaction with project execution

Responsibilities also include documenting project lifecycles extensively, quality-checking physical installations, testing and commissioning AV systems, and providing remote support for maintenance calls.

Additional responsibilities include conducting extensive POCs for the latest technologies and performing periodic health checks on AV systems.

Required Skills and Qualifications

A bachelor's degree in science, engineering, or a related field is required, along with a minimum 5 years of experience in AV deployment projects.

Desirable certifications include CTS/CTS-D, Microsoft MTR, Poly, Crestron, and Extron.
