Job Title: Audio Visual Support Specialist

This role is an opportunity to work with cutting-edge technology and provide exceptional service to our clients. As a skilled audio visual support specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless day-to-day operations of meetings, conferences, and events.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage, support, and maintain AV systems.
  • Provide daily support for all AV-enabled meeting rooms, conference spaces, and event areas.
  • Set up, test, and operate AV equipment (video conferencing, projectors, displays, microphones, speakers, control systems, etc.).
  • Support live events, including presentations, hybrid meetings, and townhalls.
  • Diagnose and resolve AV system issues in real-time with minimal disruption.
  • Coordinate with remote support teams and vendors for escalations.
  • Perform routine checks, system reboots, and preventive maintenance.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Strong knowledge of AV systems: Crestron, AMX, Extron, Poly, Cisco, Logitech, Biamp, QSC, Shure, etc.
  • Proficiency in video conferencing platforms: Zoom, MS Teams, Webex.
  • Familiarity with AV over IP, signal flow, DSPs, and control systems.
  • 3–6 years of hands-on AV support experience required with Polycom, Logitech, and Videowall Controller technology.
  • Experience in live event production and hybrid meeting setups.
