Job Description

The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of experience in ethics, compliance, HR, or legal roles, with a deep understanding of regulatory frameworks. Strong communication and policy management skills are essential, as well as high emotional intelligence and discretion in handling sensitive matters.

Core Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough and impartial internal investigations into ethical violations, misconduct, or breaches of company policy.
  • Develop and implement strategies to ensure POSH (Prevention of Sexual Harassment) compliance, including case handling and committee coordination.
  • Design and deliver comprehensive ethics training programs across departments to promote a culture of integrity.
  • Review and update policies related to ethics, compliance, and workplace conduct to ensure alignment with regulatory standards.
  • Collaborate with HR and legal teams to provide expert advice on complex ethical dilemmas and policy implications.
Strategic Functions
  • Shape organizational culture by embedding ethical principles into leadership practices and decision-making processes.
  • Monitor compliance trends and proactively address emerging risks to ensure continuous improvement.
  • Advise senior leadership on strategic initiatives to drive ESG (Environmental, Social, Governance) performance and mitigate risks.
