Job Title: Assistant Manager Finance Account

We are seeking an experienced and skilled financial professional to join our team in a key leadership role.

The successful candidate will be responsible for handling day-to-day finance and accounts operations, including general ledger management, reconciliations, taxation, and support for audits under the supervision of a senior manager.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage daily accounting operations, including journal entries, ledger postings, reconciliations (bank, vendor, intercompany), and fixed assets accounting.
  • Support monthly and annual closing processes by preparing schedules, reports, and accurate financial data.
  • Assist in statutory and internal audits by providing required documentation and resolving audit queries.
  • E nsure timely compliance with GST, TDS, and other applicable tax requirements.
  • Prepare MIS reports and assist in variance analysis as directed by senior management.
  • Maintain documentation and ensure adherence to internal controls and company policies.
  • Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders for smooth financial operations.
  • Actively support process improvement initiatives and team goals under the guidance of senior management.
Requirements:
  • Strong foundational knowledge in accounting principles and journal entries.
  • Good working knowledge of Income Tax, TDS, and GST.
  • Proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, etc.).
  • Good analytical and numerical skills.
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently on routine tasks and escalate issues appropriately.
  • Strong team collaboration and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage workload efficiently and meet deadlines.
  • Ethical conduct and data confidentiality.
