Job Overview

The Enterprise Risk Management function is responsible for identifying and mitigating risks across the organization. As Deputy Manager-Risk Management, you will play a critical role in ensuring effective risk management practices are implemented and maintained.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Implement a Robust Risk Management Framework: Design and implement an Enterprise Risk Management framework that aligns with best practices and changing regulatory scenarios.
  • Design and Implement Internal Controls: Develop and implement an internal control system to identify and mitigate risks, ensuring business continuity and compliance.
  • Conduct Regular Reviews of Business Processes: Conduct regular reviews of business processes to identify gaps and deficiencies, developing recommendations for improvement.
  • Collaborate with Principal Risk Owners: Assist Principal Risk Owners in identifying key risks and mitigating controls, ensuring comprehensive risk management.
  • Publish Reports for Strategic Decision-Making: Publish reports for the Risk Committee, Executive Management Team, and Board Committees to inform strategic decision-making.
Qualifications and Requirements
  • Educational Background: A Graduate degree in Finance, Management, or Risk Management from a reputable institution. Certifications like FRM, CFA, CBCP are preferred.
  • Experience: 4-8 years of experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of managing risks effectively.
Required Skills
  • Strong Knowledge of Exchange Ecosystem Operations: Demonstrate expertise in control frameworks, designing and evaluating effectiveness of controls embedded within business processes.
  • Risk Identification Frameworks: Strong knowledge of principles of risk management and risk identification frameworks.
