About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Professional School Liaison to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing relationships with schools and educational institutions, identifying opportunities for growth and development, and collaborating with key stakeholders to drive business outcomes.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of building and maintaining strong relationships with schools and educators, as well as experience in sales, marketing, or business development within the education sector. You will be responsible for leveraging your network and existing connections to onboard new institutions into our initiatives, establishing and nurturing long-term relationships with principals, coordinators, and decision-makers, and driving retention through excellent customer service and engagement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Leverage your existing school connections to onboard institutions into our initiatives.
  • Establish and nurture strong, long-term relationships with principals, coordinators, and decision-makers.
  • Drive retention by ensuring high satisfaction among schools and educators.
  • Maintain accurate records of school interactions and progress in our CRM system.
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase school participation and engagement.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Education, Marketing, or related fields.
  • 5-8 years of relevant experience in sales, marketing, or business development within the education sector.
  • Proven track record of building and maintaining strong relationships with schools and educators.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and MS Office applications.

Preferred Attributes

  • Prior experience working with EdTech programs or assessment solutions.
  • Strong presence within the school network.
  • Ability to manage multiple school accounts with professionalism and efficiency.

Performance Metrics

  • Number of schools onboarded from existing network.
  • School retention and repeat participation rate.
  • Stakeholder satisfaction scores.
