Job Title: Store Operations Manager

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic individual to lead our store operations team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in inventory management, team leadership, and customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive end-to-end store operations, including receiving, inventory, outbound, and returns.
  • Manage a team of up to 100 staff members and delivery boys, providing training and delegation of work.
  • Mentor the team to provide superior customer service and experience.
  • Ensure adherence to SLAs and responsibility for store metrics.
  • Maintain quality standards as per company-defined standards.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Strong knowledge of inventory management in F&V/FMCG category.
  • Experience managing a team size of minimum 100 store employees.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Background in retail, FMCG, or e-commerce.
  • Ability to work in any shift - morning, day, night.
  • Willingness to work at any location in Delhi/Gurgaon/Chandigarh Tri City.
