Warehouse Operations Manager

We are seeking a skilled Contract Logistics Specialist to manage end-to-end warehousing operations. As a key member of our team, you will contribute to the success of our customers and the day-to-day operations of our warehouse and distribution centres.
About This Role
- You will be responsible for storing and delivering goods, such as delicate flowers and fresh ingredients, to local stores.
- Your primary objective will be to support warehousing and distribution activities in accordance with our overall strategic plan.
Key Responsibilities
- To upskill colleagues by delivering training on key productivity improvement tools and programs under the production system banner.
- To plan and implement all annual excellence certification activities for locations/sites under your scope.
- To validate and assess continuous improvement projects with a focus on annual hard savings targets.
- To coach site managers and their teams in the skills needed to drive operational excellence activities.
- To lead deep dive value streaming analysis (DDVSA) events.
- To deploy KN Excellence site certification road maps containing all 26 continuous improvement elements.
- To drive and monitor Kaizens for continuous productivity and quality improvements across operational activities.
Requirements
- Minimum 8 years of relevant experience.
- Candidates with a background in manufacturing or warehouse operations are preferred.
- MUST have minimum GREEN BELT qualification.
- MUST have project experience related to Green Belt, including QC Tool, Stability Test, Probability Test, Value Stream, Normality Check, Fish Bone Diagram and Hypothesis Test.
- Strong communication skills are required.
- Must be able to travel to warehouse locations.
