Warehouse Operations Coordinator

Job Description:

Oversee all warehouse activities with a focus on stock management, dispatch, inventory control, and coordination with internal and external stakeholders. The ideal candidate will possess a keen eye for detail, strong communication skills, and proficiency in Excel.

The primary objective of this role is to ensure efficient and compliant warehouse operations for pharmaceutical products. This involves overseeing the entire process from receipt to dispatch, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring and checking stock dispatch, maintaining accurate data of Inward and Outward stock, and performing stock counting every month.

A comprehensive understanding of all warehouse activities is essential, including invoice checking, documentation, and record-keeping. Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities are also required to handle any issues that may arise during the course of the day.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Warehouse Operations Oversight: Take full responsibility for all warehouse activities.
  • Stock Management & Dispatch: Actively engage in monitoring and checking stock dispatch to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
  • Inventory Control: Demonstrate knowledge of how to process and maintain inventory, optimizing stock levels and preventing discrepancies.
  • Documentation & Record Keeping: Meticulously maintain all files related to stock and dispatch, ensuring comprehensive and up-to-date records.
  • Invoice & Goods Checking: Conduct thorough invoice checking for incoming and outgoing goods.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a warehouse environment, preferably in a pharmaceutical or related industry.
  • Proficiency in monitoring and checking stock dispatch.
  • Expertise in invoice checking.
  • Comprehensive understanding of all warehouse activities.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
