About the Role:
We are seeking a highly experienced Global Product Lead to spearhead our international brand development efforts.
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for collaborating with country managers, sales teams, regulatory, and medical teams across geographies to develop and implement effective brand strategies and marketing plans tailored to products/countries.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Brand Strategy and Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive brand strategies and marketing plans that meet business objectives.
- Market Analysis: Conduct in-depth market analysis and competitor benchmarking to stay ahead of the competition.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business results.

Requirements:
- 7-10 years of Product Management experience in Pharma; BGx international exposure is a plus
- Excellent communication, cross-functional collaboration, analytical skills, and execution focus
- Strong understanding of International BGx or emerging market dynamics
- Comfortable in working fast-paced entrepreneurial environments
- Ready to travel internationally as required
