Job Title: Senior IT Infrastructure Expert

As a Senior IT Infrastructure Expert, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the integrity and robustness of our CMDB data. You will work closely with our IT ServiceNow System Admin and all process owners within IT to administer and execute configuration management changes.

This position involves maintaining the accuracy and completeness of CMDB data by identifying and resolving data inconsistencies. It also entails establishing relationships between CIs to accurately reflect dependencies within our IT infrastructure.

Key responsibilities include configuring and managing data discovery tools to automatically populate the CMDB with information from various IT systems. Additionally, this role involves integrating CMDB data with other ServiceNow modules like Incident Management, Problem Management, and Change Management.

Defining data quality standards and metrics for the CMDB is also a critical aspect of this role. Establishing data ownership and accountability across different teams, as well as implementing data validation processes to ensure data integrity, are also key responsibilities.

The ideal candidate should possess strong technical expertise in external data source integrations, ITOM discovery, OT Module, and a solid understanding of SAM Module. They should also have 8-10 years of relevant experience in an IT Industry, with 5 years of ServiceNow experience and a focus on IT Service Management (ITSM).
